Executing an Industry-best Photoshoot:           Emergency Drenching Systems

Storytelling sells product. Creating a visual narrative that resonates with customers is critical in brand development, business growth and facilitating the sales experience for the customer and the field team. As new products were introduced and positioned adjacent to classic systems, I decided to host a fully interactive product shoot. A shoot that elicited emotion from the employee participants, offered some product application research insight, and delivered images that bring the experience and importance of product performance close to home.

New Product Development: Focus Groups to Install Halo Eye/Face Wash Launch

New product introductions can offer incremental improvement, or in the case of Halo, offer a completely new performance criteria for the market. The Halo product line was developed with improved performance, product and retrofit application, maintenance and improved features in mind. The process involved various elements of market research, third party and in house product design as well as close relationships with key molders and suppliers to ensure models met or exceeded expectations.

Audio, Lighting & Film Interviewing Techniques:     A Journey in Digital Acumen, Project Light It Up

Project Light It Up offered monumental moments to rise to the occasion and to just plain, ‘figure it out’ … whatever ‘it’ was at the time. That phrase extended to unprecended audio, lighting and film experience on-the-go, which required verstaility, patience, perspective and untapped reservoirs of grit and perserverance. Interview approach, style, and scheduling required a discipline and an eye for detail … through all this learning and self-created strucuture a strong piece of raw content emerged that rivaled any of my or my ‘followers’ expectations. Refined content is currently in production.

Redefining Drenching Protection:                                     The New SpinTec Showerhead

As standards for product performance change, industry must change with it. Industry’s required to meet deadlines, cost parameters, while delivering market pricing all while delivering an attractive, even sleek – robust design with superior performance compared to the competition. SpinTec did just that, marketing campaigns included 20GPM showers at tradeshows, engaging marketing materials and tight specifications worked to secure a strong product launch, with an easy story to tell.

Crisp, clear, audio is the foundation of a great digital piece of work. An audience can only comprehend what is clear and only has patience for work that delivers value in a professional manner. While on the road trouble shooting, and thwarting ‘evil leaf blowers’ in the midst of recording conversations for Project Light It Up, I learned the troubleshooting competency early. I became my own audio ‘field’ engineer and even dared to upgrade equipment in the field as I passed through Los Angeles, while visiting a top audio / visual distributor. Creativity can only be conveyed if one can comprehend and understand it, in this instance more specifically I, needed to change direction and acknowledge a better solution existed.

Developed & Launched: Strategy Competition       The Cross Charge Challenge

While working with the co-hort population of 45+ interns (as the business growth liaison to Human Resources), it occurred to me that synergies existed between top talent, a business need, and an executive presentation & portfolio development opportunity – fro the students. I positioned the idea to management and … sold! Interns were segmented into cross functional teams to address new commercial, and residential product market, opportunities, applications etc. based on projected growth rates. Interns and Co-ops quantified the business opportunity, developed a go-to-market strategy including key partners, key geographies and other adjacent opportunities. Each team worked with 2 company employees that served as their project mentor, in this 8 week experiment to expand reach, penetration and increase sales. I presented, created and developed the structure while launching the program and training all mentors in fast growth market intoduction strategies.
